The time frame depends on the form of payment:
- For card refunds, your balance will be updated within 20 business days from the date you receive the confirmation that your refund was processed. Please keep in mind that the period mentioned does not include your bank processing time.
- For PayPal refunds, funds will be transferred within 20 business days.
- For a check refund, we will issue a check within 20 business days. Please account for another 1-2 business weeks to deliver it to you by mail
There are multiple parties involved in the refund process, and each of them has its own processing time. Once the process is finalized, it will still depend on the payment processor and financial institution protocols. Please keep in mind that in rare circumstances, the airline might manage the refunds directly. It may take up to 6 months for the refund to be processed.
